I am a religious Jew whose goal with this blog is to fight injustice to humanity and sexual abuse in particular.
Up until now I avoided the internet for many reasons. One being there is so much rubbish being published by nobodies, no criteria, no hierarchy or order. On the other hand I myself used the internet to look up on subjects which interested me, trying to sort the information intelligently. I suppose that is the dilemma of our modern-day and age; we all use the internet, but feel like we are sinking in a sea of information. This reminds me of a poem “The Rock” by T.S Eliot that I read when I was 17 in which he exclaims:
Where is the Life we have lost in living?
Where is the wisdom we have lost in knowledge?
Where is the knowledge we have lost in information?
My goal is to take the scattered information and turn it into firm knowledge and finally transform it into wisdom for living. Is this not what life’s about after all?
